Home inspection is a highly responsible profession:
It is a special understanding of how a home is constructed from the very beginning to the very end with focus on structural, electrical, roofing, plumbing air conditioning and heating. It is making a decision on hundreds of thousands of dollars life time investment. It takes individuals with some college level civil structural and electrical engineering knowledge with more than five years of hands on involvement in real world of building and electrical construction projects to develop enough expertise and confidence to inspect homes. These individuals also have to have practical experience in plumbing, roofing, heating and air conditioning.
The ideas, opinions, claims and recommendations that have been expressed here, are based on my professional research, education, experience and supervision of other parties involved in the building and electrical construction projects for quality, workmanship and accuracy. Evaluation of other inspectors’ abilities to conduct professional inspections. No one has to agree with them and clients may like to hire inspectors based on their own standards, methods, experience and judgments.
